What is Itching You?

C has had rashes off and on since he was little.  They come and go and don't really seem to bother him.  He gets a red face in the winter and eczema all over.  But, this year, it seems to be getting worse and going all the way up to his eyelids.  He keeps telling us that his eyes are burning.  Poor baby, we are going to take him to the allergist to see what the fuss it all about.  Now that he is 3, they should be able to pin point what is triggering it.  For Bailey's sake...I hope it isn't the cat.
